WILD TURKEY 81 Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey – 40.5% ABV (81 Proof) Nose: Toffee, vanilla, citrus zest, light oak, and subtle baking spice. Palate: Medium-bodied with flavors of caramel, toasted grain, honey, and warm spice. Slight smokiness from heavy char barrels. Finish: Moderately long with lingering sweet corn, oak, and a hint of peppery spice.
